I finally got my simulator up and running this weekend after being without it for a few weeks due to the Frex Simconbase controller unit blowing. The controller unit itself still hasn't arrived back from Japan yet, however I switched the simulator to run X-Sim software so it's using a different interface now.

Below are two clips taken from this evening.

The clip below is taken from a race I had around Laguna Seca, the mod is FN2007 and I have to say it's one of my favourites the cars are just superb to drive.

Over the past few months since I first installed rFactor and started racing quite frequently I have come to love several circuits. I am yet to race any of these circuits for real yet, however as far as virtual racing goes the following circuits are my top 5 to race on.

1.) Mount Panorama - Bathurst Australia

2.) Laguna Seca - Monterey California

3.) Spa Francorchamps - Belgium

4.) Mugello- Italy

5.) Road Atlanta- Georgia USA

Laguna Seca - More Accidents

I have to say given I know this circuit well I should have done better, I guess I am more used to single seaters so perhaps braked a little late on a few of the corners. The net result was my mate Craig beat me on this track as well.

I did get the fastest lap at least.
